Bereavement Hospitality Meal

The Bereavement Ministry is called into service upon the request of parishioners who have had deaths in their families.  Members provide consolation by providing a place and meal for families and friends after the funeral.  Contact- Ellen Bolognia (440) 933-6106 or Elaine Rotz (440) 933-3681

Bereavement Support Group

New in 2010, our group is designed to provide support and friendship to those who are grieving the loss of a loved one. All ages are welcome to attend and there is no fee. A small lending library is available. Normally we will meet on the first Sunday of every month at 2:00 PM. July's meeting will be held on July 11 due to the 4th falling on the first Sunday. Come to St. Joseph Hall and join us!

Ladies Guild

The Ladies' Guild offers spiritual, social, and service activities to the women of the parish and provides for some of the liturgical needs of the parish.  Some activities include hosting Hospitality Sundays, the Strawberry Card Party, service to the school lunch program, and visits to shut ins.  New members are always welcome.  Contact- Barbara Krulik (440) 933-3152 ext. 109 or Marge Carek (440) 933-9422 or Ellen Grady (440) 933-5077

Pro-Life Group

The group members help others discover the wisdom of the Church's teaching that all life is to be respected and protected from conception until the moment of natural death.  The group supports collections, fundraisers, and educational efforts throughout the parish.  Meetings are on the second Wednesday of every month from 7 - 7:45PM in the school library.  Contact- Ginger Cramer (440) 933-7951 or Jeanette Smith (440) 933-7598

St. Vincent DePaul Society

The St. Joseph branch of the St. Vincent DePaul Society is a local chapter of the worldwide organization.  The group helps those in need living with the boundaries of Lorain County with food, clothing, utility bills, and medicines.  This minstry has something for everyone who wants to help the needy at any commitment level.  Contact- Patricia Sweeney : 930-5676
