St. Joseph Parish School uses FACTS Management for the collection of tuition. Families may access current accounts, or new accounts may be created, by going to https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3WWYC. Families with students currently enrolled in our school are asked to re-enroll for the upcoming school year no later than February 20. Families new to our school are asked to register with FACTS no later than March 15, 2017.
Families who may be seeking financial assistance from the Diocese of Cleveland and/or our parish for the 2017-2018 school year must complete and submit a Smart Aid Application annually. The Diocese of Cleveland has made this application available at https://smartaidforparents.com. The deadline for awards is March 1 for Round One and June 1 for Round Two. Nearly 80% of available funds are distributed during Round One.
